Panic attacks, episodes of anxiety, sudden bursts of heavy sweating, cold trembling, fear that it’s going to end right now – in addition to their overpowering nature of attacking you, their uncontrollability has an additional intimidating effect. Once experienced, a small fear trigger is often enough to set off the whole wave again.
Don’t worry, working with fear is our main discipline.
