How we work with you
Your body determines your practice. Your body has memorised routines throughout your life. These determine your practice of managing everyday life. Some are useful, some are not. Some cause pain.
We look at how you can get rid of those that stand in the way of your goals. You will learn to intervene in your routines. As a result you will find more strength, well-being, freedom and self-determination !
We often do this with touch, lying down, sitting and standing. We ask you to describe what changes or actual states you can recognise in your body at the moment Until you have gained control of the area. You will recognise the state of tension and be able to release it.
Instructions include breathing, dealing with thoughts, needs, pain and feelings ranging from joy to fear.
